Visitors Book

Dear Isabelle,
We loved your house. It was the very rare experience that the photos on the website didn't do it justice. We were amazed at the size. We were obviously very lucky with the weather and used the pool (we're Australians).
Graeme W. (October 2009)

The house and its pool and garden were spectacular. Behind the front walls of the house there is quiet serenity. The amenities catered for all our needs. The small city has a lot of nice things to offer. And it is close to beautiful cities like Sevilla, Cordoba, Osuna, etc. The direct contacts with owner and caretaker worked out very well. Overall we were completely happy with what was offered.

Some time has passed away since we visited your lovely house in Spain. We are nine friends who have travelled around Europe and we have visited many wonderful countries, towns and houses.
Everything has been to our satisfaction but this time when we came to your house we were completely overwhelmed. In this way we would like to thank you and to express our gratitude and also how much we apprecated to stay in your lovely home, the kitchen with all equipment, the atmosphere with the open fireplace, the wonderful garden with the swimming-pool in all , it could not have been better. Once again thank you so very much and we do hope we will get the opportunity to come back and to stay with you again in the future.
Mr Mrs A. and friends (May 2009)

We safely returned on Tuesday night after 5 days of excellent weather and venue. Your house is great! All mouths just fell open and did not close until the next morning. You really did a good job restoring en decorating the house! The swimming pool was used every morning by 2 brave women while the other braves went running  along the river and the path north of Ecija. I was pleasantly surprised to find that you have a very complete house, we found everything we needed and hope that Rafael did not find things out of order after we left. Our team building outing was a great success. We had discussions every morning and visited cultural and architectural highlights in the afternoon and evenings. Ecija is nice and especially the birds we call “ooievaar” attracted attention. A few of us made plans to come back with families and we will be in touch about that.

Cannot put into words our delight, enjoyment and enchantment! Our first encounter with your home has bordered on the magical. It has more than surpassed our expectations and we will most definately be annual visitors at the least. Your website photos do the property a great injustice!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in your beautiful house and were very sad to leave!  There's something so peaceful and calming about the house and we were all able to really relax and feel refreshed before coming home.  The weather was perfect....warm but not unbearable.  We are all very keen to go back.  Thank you for a wonderful stay anyway and we hope to return one day! Do you have any other properties you rent out in Europe?

"We have had a fabulous stay at this lovingly restored large town house in Ecija. The owners have restored this very nice house with flair, and with more than 7000 square feet of accomodation only on two flooors, a large internal courtyard, a large garden and lovely pool, this was the perfect house for the 4 us (the house has 5 large bedrooms, and can easily accomodate 2 families in fact). Shops are nearby and the area offers a wealth of touristic attractions (Cordoba, Sevilla, etc). As the streets are quite narrow in Ecija, we recommend to hire a regular car, not a large 4X4. We will recommend this house to our friends and will definitely come back. We had a wonderful time."

"We had a fantastic time. The house was beautiful and we wanted for nothing. It was so beautifully furnished and we appreciated that you had left lots of artwork and belongings there. It was also great to have everything included
in the price, such as cleaning and the logs.
Ecija felt like real Spain, and we didn't see another tourist all week there. We went to Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Osuna and into a couple of the national parks. But loved coming back to Ecija each night. I think the old coach-unfriendly streets must have helped to save the town from being over touristed.
We went to the lakes just south of Ecija on the way to Osuna and couldn't believe how many flamingoes were there. What a treat! Thanks for your lovely welcome, and help with all our queries. We really appreciated your efforts."

"The house is very clean and very beautiful. In August the region is very warm. Pictures correspond absolutely with reality. Do not hesitate to book."
Mr Pascal  T. (September 2007)

"The house is really spacious and extremely well equipped. ( the swimming pool is bigger than it looks on the photo!). Renovation has been done with great taste. Daily life is punctuated by the many bell-towers of Ecija, ideally located between Cordoba, Seville and Granada. We recommend it without hesitation ... "
Mr Jean-Pierre  A. (August 2007)

"Distinctive house fitting the description. Very pleasant, spacious, well equipped, very well situated between Cordoba and Seville. A barbecue would have been nice, but that the only small negative point. It was great, but too short!!!!! Andalusia is a superb region."
Mr Gerard  G. (June 2007)
P.S. There is a barbecue now, of course!

"Lovely house, with great charm in a small Andalusian town, ideally located between Cordoba and Seville. A wonderful stay. Total satisfaction. Letting process secure and problem free, conform to description. We would like to stay there again."
Mr Patrice  B. (14/10/2006)

"We had a very good holiday, the house is impeccable and superb, very quiet, located in an extremely pleasant town. We only had good surprises during our stay. We’ll come back !!"
